### Steps to get there
* remove the need for pulling and compiling the submodules on each build
* <s>use **gcc** for linux build, so libstdc++1 is not needed</s>
* change the buildtype for `make` to `production` so compilation is a lot smaller
* do not deploy the `.o`-files
* use more specific filename for archive (e.g. `deth_buff_arr.tar.gz`)
* pack windows release with `zip` to not confuse windows users
