fixed crash when starting without an existing configuration and removed -Werror from physfs because their code contains warnings in the newest GCC version

fixed Timestamp-Queries not becoming ready after pipeline recreation, or worked around it. Don't know, don't care...

implemented more efficent position-reconstruction; removed almost all aliasing (fixed TAA); tweaked GI

hopefully the largest commit I will ever push: complete project structure refactoring and mesh converter (kind of couldn't implement one without the other)
